Welcome to Ulivo Moraio a boutique hotel and 2 Star Michelin Restaurant in the Brindisi Italy. Chef O has spent most of her life travelling to develop her cooking skills and is now looking to settle down in her hometown with her very own restaurant and boutique hotel.

For this project I went with the concept of olives in mind creating a space that reflected this with an olive colour scheme and connecting back to Italys agriculture growing around the building using natural materials. Since she is returning to her hometown I wanted the space to feel luxurious yet comfortable blending elements of her hometown on a high class level.
